With over 20 years of experience in the excavation industry, our founder built Lakeshore Excavation on principles of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Who We Are
Adam
Adam became passionate about heavy equipment at the age of 3. He enjoyed being around his Dad's backhoe and learned to operate it as soon as possible. He has worked in nearly every aspect of construction from groundbreaking to final finishes. He graduated with a master's degree in accounting and business management. He enjoys family, friends, rebuilding old vehicles and motorcycles, and exploring the vastness of world in which we live.
Jacob
Jacob Daley has over 27 years of experience in the commercial and residential construction industry and is a born entrepreneur. His leadership is defined by a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and safety on every jobsite. Jacob works closely with general contractors and owners to ensure exceptional results and complete client satisfaction. He also maintains a daily presence on-site, collaborating with crews and monitoring progress to ensure that every detail receives the attention it deserves.
Garrett
Garrett has spent most of his life working in construction, learning the trades from the ground up and building a strong work ethic along the way. Over the years he developed a real appreciation for heavy equipment and the satisfaction that comes from shaping the land, which naturally led him to excavation. At Lakeshore Excavation, he brings a hands-on approach and takes pride in doing things the right way—no shortcuts, just honest work and solid results. Garrett cares about treating customers with respect, keeping job sites clean, and making sure every project is something people can feel good about. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Anna, being outdoors, and taking on projects that let him work with his hands.
